Biography :

Chair, Myanmar Bird and Nature Society; Chair, Friends of Wildlife; Member, Natural Resources, Biodiversity and Natural Heritage Conservation Working Group, National Committee on Environment and Climate Change; Steering Committee Member, MuEuCAP (Myanmar environmental education NGO).  B.V.S. degree (veterinary science) from Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Insein, Yangon (1980).  31 years with the Nature and Wildlife Conservation Department, Forest Department (to 2011). He has close relationship with WCS since he worked for Forest Department as a Park Warden because WCS is one of international organizations supported FD in conservation works.
