Biography :

Legal Advisor, WCS Myanmar Program, and Legal Specialist and Project Co-Manager for Asian Development Bank’s  Strengthening Law, Regulation, and the Legal Profession for a Better Investment Climate.  Prior to this Senior National Env. Law Specialist, EU-GOPA on CITES, and Legal Specialist on projects focusing on transnational organized environmental crimes, and environmental dispute resolution, among others.   Previously, Legal Advisor, DFDL Myanmar Ltd, and prior to that Counsellor/Head of the International Law and Treaties Division Myanmar Ministry of Foreign Affairs and MOFA postings in Beijing and UN/New York.  LL.B from Yangon University and LL.M from IMO-International Maritime Law Institute, Malta.
